Absolute rights

Absolute rights provide the entitled person with an exclusive, legally protected dominion over a certain legal good, which must be respected by everyone. According to the protected legal property, absolute rights can be divided into rights in rem, intellectual property rights and personal rights.

Absolute Rechte verschaffen dem Berechtigten eine ausschliessliche, rechtlich geschützte Herrschaft über ein bestimmtes Rechtsgut, die von jedermann zu respektieren ist. Nach dem geschützten Rechtsgut können die absoluten Rechte unterschieden werden in die dinglichen Rechte, die Immaterialgüterrechte und die Persönlichkeitsrechte.
