Services

Regulatory depth with an entrepreneurial mindset

01 Regulatory Advisory

Financial market regulation first-hand: as a former European regulator, our founder knows both sides of the table. We develop regulatory strategies that combine legal certainty with entrepreneurial opportunity.

  • Holistic regulatory strategies and ongoing advice
  • FinTech projects and adoption of new technologies
  • Legal advice for asset management and market-related service providers
  • Cooperation and communication with regulatory authorities

You gain a partner who sees regulation as a framework to be shaped. We translate complex requirements into sound decisions.

02 Business Consulting

Clear strategy, sustainable implementation: we support companies from sound analysis through strategic planning to implementation and monitoring. On request, we also serve directly on the board of directors or advisory board.

  • Strategic planning and corporate direction
  • Analysis of the market and competitive environment as well as internal factors
  • Implementation and monitoring of the strategy (change management)
  • Board of directors and advisory board mandates

You gain clarity about your strategic direction. We don’t stop at the recommendation, but get actively involved in the implementation.

03 Corporate Housekeeping

Legal obligations under control: we take on corporate housekeeping and, through ongoing collaboration, know your business model, strategy and risk profile in detail. This lets us offer tailored legal solutions for day-to-day operations, instead of starting from scratch with every question.

  • Ensuring compliance with the legal framework
  • Compliance and data protection matters
  • Corporate governance and document management
  • A board seat as a link between shareholders and management

You relieve your management of administrative legal matters. Your point of contact knows your company as well as you do.
