Annuities are capital instalments to be paid periodically in the form of a surcharge on interest, usually in instalments that remain constant in total, whereby the capital instalment contained in each payment can be determined on the basis of previous instalments and the interest rate.

Annuitäten sind periodisch zu leistende Kapitalraten, die in Form eines Zinszuschlages bei meist in der Summe gleichbleibenden Raten zu entrichten sind, wobei sich die in jeder Zahlung enthaltene Kapitalrate an Hand der bisherigen Abzahlungen und des Zinssatzes ermitteln lässt.
