Estimation error
0179-en RE430 Financial Market Law As of 11.07.2026
Discrepancies between any published NAV and the subsequently determined correct NAV are seen as errors if the discrepancy would have led to a different rounded asset value as per the fund contract. Estimation errors can be major or minor.

Jede Differenz zwischen einem veröffentlichten und dem im Nachhinein festgestellten, korrekten NAV gilt als Fehler, wenn die Differenz in einem anderen gemäss Fondsvertrag gerundeten Inventarwert resultiert hätte. Bewertungsfehler unterteilt man in wesentliche Fehler und unwesentliche Fehler.
