The task of administrating fund assets is assigned to a fund manager. This external administration principle prevents individual investors from influencing investment policy and investment decisions. Fund investors have no participation rights.

Die Verwaltung des Fondsvermögens wird einem Fondsmanager übertragen. Dieses Prinzip der sogenannten Fremdverwaltung verhindert, dass einzelne Investoren auf die Gestaltung der Anlagepolitik und die Anlageentscheide Einfluss nehmen können. Investoren haben beim Fonds keine Mitspracherechte.
