Handling errors can lead to direct loss or incorrect evaluations. High-quality informatics systems limit the handling risk; controlling and monitoring concepts reduce it. Third parties entrusted with subtasks are subject to the same standards (although the responsibility is still assumed by the fund management).

Fehlerhafte Abwicklung kann zu direktem Verlust oder fehlerhaften Bewertung führen, Qualität der Informatiksysteme schränkt das Abwicklungsrisiko ein, Kontroll- resp. Überwachungskonzept reduziert das Abwicklungsrisiko, bei einer Delegation von Teilaufgaben an Dritte gelten für diese die gleichen Massstäbe (Verantwortung verbleibt bei der Fondsleitung).
