The SICAV is an investment fund in the legal form of a company limited by shares whose sole purpose is collective capital investment and whose capital and number of shares are variable rather than fixed in advance. Shareholders participate in the company's assets in proportion to their shares, which are managed under the law and the investment regulations. The SICAV may issue new shares at net asset value at any time; investors may in principle redeem theirs at net asset value at any time. The investor is a shareholder with membership and financial rights.

Die SICAV ist ein Anlagefonds in der Rechtsform einer Aktiengesellschaft, deren ausschliesslicher Zweck die kollektive Kapitalanlage ist und deren Kapital und Aktienzahl nicht im Voraus bestimmt, sondern variabel sind. Sie beteiligt die Aktionäre nach Massgabe ihrer Aktien am Gesellschaftsvermögen und verwaltet dieses nach Gesetz und Anlagereglement. Die SICAV kann jederzeit neue Aktien zum Inventarwert ausgeben; der Anleger ist grundsätzlich berechtigt, seine Aktien jederzeit zum Inventarwert zurückzugeben. Er ist Aktionär mit Mitgliedschafts- und Vermögensrechten; die Depotbank steht zur SICAV in einem Vertragsverhältnis.
