Open-end fund
0587-en RE430 Financial Market Law As of 11.07.2026
An open investment fund which continually issues and redeems shares. This is the case with most of the funds authorised in Switzerland. In contrast, a closed-end fund does not emit new shares or allow any to be returned.

Ein Open-End-Fund ist ein offener Anlagefonds, welcher laufend Anteile ausgibt und zurücknimmt. Dies entspricht den meisten in der Schweiz zum Vertrieb zugelassenen Fonds. Ein geschlossener Anlagefonds gibt hingegen keine neuen Anteile aus und nimmt die ausgegebenen Anteile auch nicht jederzeit zurück.
