Accountability

Accountability is a prerequisite for criminal culpability and means the ability to act in accordance with this insight. It is thus the general ability to behave in a social manner, i.e. to achieve a purpose that corresponds to the requirements of the state coexistence of people.

Die Zurechnungsfähigkeit ist Voraussetzung des strafrechtlichen Verschuldens und bedeutet die Fähigkeit, dieser Erkenntnis gemäss zu handeln. Es handelt sich somit um die allgemeine Fähigkeit zu sozialem Verhalten, d. h. zu einer Zwecksetzung, die den Erfordernissen des staatlichen Zusammenlebens der Menschen entspricht.
