0031-en RE430 Financial Market Law As of 11.07.2026
Confirmation from a bank stating that the units/shares in question are held at that bank in the custody account of an investor domiciled outside Switzerland, and that the distributions of income are credited to this investor's account. If such an affidavit is provided, Swiss investment funds that generate more than 80% of their income from foreign sources may distribute income to investors domiciled abroad without deduction of Swiss withholding tax.

Bestätigung einer Bank, dass sich die betreffenden Anteile bei ihr im Depot eines im Ausland ansässigen Anlegers befinden und dass die Erträge auf dessen Konto gutgeschrieben werden. Bei Vorliegen eines Affidavits können schweizerische Anlagefonds, deren Erträge zu mehr als 80% aus ausländischen Quellen stammen, Erträge an Anleger mit Wohnsitz im Ausland ohne Abzug der schweizerischen Verrechnungssteuer ausschütten.
