Belongings are those movable objects which, according to the customary opinion at the place or the clear will of the owner of the principal object, are permanently intended for its management, use or administration and which, by connection, adaptation or otherwise, are brought into the relationship with the principal object in which they are to serve it.

Zugehör sind die beweglichen Sachen, die nach der am Orte üblichen Auffassung oder nach dem klaren Willen des Eigentümers der Hauptsache dauernd für deren Bewirtschaftung, Benutzung oder Verwaltung bestimmt und durch Verbindung, Anpassung oder auf andere Weise in die Beziehung zur Hauptsache gebracht sind, in welcher sie ihr zu dienen haben.
