0466-en RE380 Debt Enforcement Law As of 11.07.2026
Bankruptcy is the official execution of the enforcement of all claims against the common debtor existing at the time of the opening of bankruptcy proceedings and registered in accordance with the statutory provisions against all realisable assets of the debtor.
