The debt collection complaint is an administrative remedy and thus a specific debt collection institution intended to have the official acts of the enforcement bodies corrected if they are contrary to the provisions or the spirit of the debt collection law.

Die betreibungsrechtliche Beschwerde ist ein administratives Rechtsmittel und somit ein spezifisch betreibungsrechtliches Institut, welches dazu bestimmt ist, die Amtshandlungen der Vollstreckungsorgane korrigieren zu lassen, sofern sie den Bestimmungen oder dem Sinn und Geist des Schuldbetreibungsrechts widersprechen.
