0429-en RE430 Financial Market Law As of 11.07.2026
Primary insiders are people who have access to inside information, as members of administrative, management or supervisory bodies of the issuer (e.g. executive directors or members of the supervisory board) or because of their job (e.g. as external auditors or interpreters) or as a result of holding part of the issuer’s capital.

Primärinsider sind Personen, die als Mitglieder des Verwaltungs-, Leitungs- oder Aufsichtsorganes des Emittenten (z.B. Vorstände oder Aufsichtsräte) oder sonst auf Grund ihres Berufes (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfer, Dolmetscher) oder ihrer Beteiligung am Kapital des Emittenten Zugang zu einer Insider-Information haben.
