0638-en RE430 Financial Market Law As of 11.07.2026
A securities prospectus must be checked by the financial market authority with regard to the completeness, coherence and comprehensibility. Only once the prospectus has been approved by the financial market authority is the prospectus allowed to be published and the public offering started.
