Coercion consists in the unlawful coercion of a certain conduct. The coercion in the case of coercion consists in the fact that the perpetrator exerts unlawful pressure on the decision or on the formation of the will.

Die Nötigung besteht in der widerrechtlichen Erzwingung eines bestimmten Verhaltens. Der Zwang bei Nötigung besteht darin, dass der Täter auf die Willensentschliessung oder auf die Willensbildung einen widerrechtlichen Druck ausübt.
