Decharge issue

The decharge statement contains the declaration that no claims will be made (any longer) against the discharged organs from their management during a certain business period. It only extends as far as possible violations were evident from the documents made available to the General Meeting.

Die Decharge-Erteilung enthält die Erklärung, dass gegen die entlasteten Organe aus deren Geschäftsführung während einer bestimmten Geschäftsperiode keine Forderungen (mehr) geltend gemacht werden. Sie reicht nur so weit als allfällige Verletzungen aus den der Generalversammlung zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen ersichtlich waren.
