Die Unmittelbarkeit der Beweisaufnahme bezeichnet den Grundsatz, wonach zwecks möglicher Ausschaltung aller Fehlerquellen alle entbehrlichen Zwischenglieder zwischen dem zu beurteilenden Tatbestande als dem Gegenstand des Beweises und der Wahrnehmung des Richters nach Möglichkeit vermieden werden sollen.
