0286-en RE350 Civil Procedure Law As of 11.07.2026
The duplicate is the counter-statement by which the defendant in civil proceedings replies to the plaintiff's reply (as the fourth legal document in written proceedings, or the fourth submission in oral proceedings). Like the reply, it is used mainly for the discussion of legal issues.
