The experts (experts) are third persons who give a judgment in the process based on special expertise. An expert is thus a person who provides the judge with the special technical, scientific or artistic expertise required for the perception and assessment of facts and circumstances.

Die Sachverständige (Experten) sind dritte Personen, die im Prozess ein auf besonderer Sachkunde beruhendes Urteil abgeben. Sachverständiger ist somit eine Person, die dem Richter die bei der Wahrnehmung und Beurteilung von Tatsachen und Umständen erforderliche besondere technische, wissenschaftliche oder künstlerische Sachkenntnis zur Verfügung stellt.
