Exterritoriality

Extraterritoriality is not the exception to subjection to criminal law, but only the exception to judicial coercion. Extraterritoriality as a special status is enjoyed by all persons who are admitted as representatives of foreign sovereignty, their relatives, business personnel and foreign employees.

Die Exterritorialität ist nicht die Ausnahme von der Unterwerfung unter die Strafgesetze, sondern einzig die Ausnahme vom Gerichtszwang. Exterritorialität als Sonderstellung geniessen alle Personen, die als Repräsentanten fremder Staatshoheit aufgenommen sind, ihre Angehörigen, ihr Geschäftspersonal und ihre ausländischen Angestellten.
