General crime is the concept of crime as such. The legal offence consists of the objective offence, which is realised through the characteristics in the external world of the perpetrator, and the subjective (psychological) offence, which is certainly realised through fault in the internal world of the perpetrator.

Allgemeiner Verbrechenstatbestand ist der Begriff des Verbrechens als solcher. Der gesetzliche Tatbestand besteht aus dem objektiven Tatbestand, welcher durch die Merkmale in der Aussenwelt des Täters verwirklicht wird und den subjektiven (psychologischen) Tatbestand, welcher sich mittels Verschuldens in der Innenwelt des Täters verwirklicht.
