The immorality of a legal transaction is the contradiction with the prevailing moral opinion of the society or the milieu in the content of the transaction, in the transaction itself, in the purpose of the agreement or (limited) in the reprehensibility of the opinion expressed in the contract.

Die Unsittlichkeit des Rechtsgeschäfts ist der im Inhalt des Geschäfts, im Geschäftsabschluss als solchem, im Zweck der Abmachung oder (beschränkt) in der im Vertrag kundgegebenen Verwerflichkeit der Gesinnung liegende Widerspruch mit der herrschenden sittlichen Anschauung der Gesellschaft bzw. des Milieus.
