Instigation

Instigation is the deliberate determination of another person to commit a criminal offence by the latter, by means of appropriate external action. Instigation may be completed even though the act itself has neither been completed nor attempted.

Die Anstiftung ist die vorsätzliche, durch geeignete, nach aussen gerichteter Tätigkeit bewirkte Bestimmung eines andern zu der von demselben begangenen strafbaren Handlung. Die Anstiftung kann vollendet sein, obwohl die Tat selbst weder vollendet noch versucht wurde.
