All objects that are movable are defined as all objects that can be made movable by taking them away (in contrast to the ZGB). Thus, in addition to the vehicle, the belonging to land and buildings is also recorded, but not the land itself.

Beweglichkeit 0176-de
Als beweglich werden sämtliche Fahrnisgegenstände bezeichnet und (in Abweichung zum ZGB) auch alle Gegenstände, die durch Wegnahme beweglich gemacht werden können. Erfasst werden so neben der Fahrni auch das Zugehör zu Grundstücken und Gebäuden, nicht aber das Grundstück selbst.
