The rights of personality determined those absolute rights to which man is entitled for his own sake and which are therefore inseparably linked to his person. Personal rights include, for example, the right to a name, freedom, honour, privacy or even physical integrity.

Persönlichkeitsrechte 0609-de
Die Persönlichkeitsrechte bestimmten diejenigen absoluten Rechte, die dem Menschen um seiner selbst willen zustehen und die deshalb untrennbar mit seiner Person verknüpft sind. Zu den Persönlichkeitsrechten gehören beispielsweise das Recht auf Namen, Freiheit, Ehre, Privatsphäre oder auch die körperliche Integrität.
