Requisitorial garnishment
0687-en RE380 Debt Enforcement Law As of 11.07.2026
The requisitorial garnishment is the attachment by the requested debt enforcement office of a piece of real estate located in another debt enforcement area. The requesting debt enforcement office enters the content of the garnishment certificate sent by the requested debt enforcement office in the original garnishment certificate.

Requisitorialpfändung 0687-de
Die Requisitorialpfändung ist die Pfändung eines in einem andern Betreibungskreis liegenden Grundstücks durch das ersuchte Betreibungsamt. Das ersuchende Betreibungsamt trägt den Inhalt der vom ersuchten Betreibungsamt übermittelten Pfändungsurkunde in die ursprüngliche Pfändungsurkunde ein.
