As rights in rem are absolute rights. A thing is subject to the direct rule of an entitled person. There are two types of rights in rem. The property, as full real rights and the limited real rights.

Dingliche Rechte sind absolute Rechte. Eine Sache wird der unmittelbaren Herrschaft eines Berechtigten unterstellt. Es gibt zwei Arten von dinglichen Rechten. Das Eigentum, als volles dingliches Recht und die beschränkten dinglichen Rechte.
