Right of inheritance

The right of inheritance assigns an existing property in the estate to a successor under favourable conditions and aims to prevent the fragmentation of the estate through division of the inheritance or a dispute under inheritance law.

Das Anerbenrecht wendet ein im Nachlass vorhandenes Gut einem Nachfolger unter günstigen Bedingungen zu und bezweckt, die Zersplitterung des Nachlasses durch Erbteilung respektive erbrechtlicher Auseinandersetzung verhindern zu wollen.
