Satisfaction is a form of satisfaction that is capable of bringing a feeling of well-being in place of the disturbed well-being, which, if not completely, then at least partially and within the limits of possibility, should make up for the disturbance by paying a sum of money.

Die Genugtuung ist eine Art der Satisfaktion, die geeignet ist, an Stelle des gestörten Wohlseins ein Gefühl des Wohlbefindens zu bringen, das, wenn nicht auf vollkommene Weise, so doch wenigstens teilweise und innert den Grenzen der Möglichkeit die Störung wieder gutmachen soll durch Zahlung einer Geldsumme.
