The exceptional court under the Federal Constitution is one that is set up on an ad hoc basis in view of an imminent specific case for specific, particularly political reasons, in addition to the normal court organisation.

Das Ausnahmegericht nach Bundesverfassung ist ein solches, dass im Hinblick auf einen in Aussicht stehenden konkreten Fall aus bestimmten, insbesondere politischen Gründen, neben der normalen Gerichtsorganisation ad hoc eingesetzt wird.
