0105-en RE340 Labour Law As of 11.07.2026
According to BGE 62 l 181, workers are defined as all persons employed by the factory worker in the industrial enterprise, whether on the premises and workstations of the factory or otherwise in the performance of activities related to the industrial enterprise.

Als Arbeiter gelten nach BGE 62 l 181 alle Personen, die der Fabrikinhaber im industriellen Betrieb beschäftigt, sei es in den Räumen und Werkplätzen der Fabrik, sei es anderweitig bei Verrichtungen, der mit dem industriellen Betrieb im Zusammenhang stehenden Tätigkeiten.
