The building permit is the decision of the municipal authority or the relevant administrative department that the submitted plans comply with the law and that the construction team is in accordance with the plans, so that there is nothing to prevent the execution of the construction for building police reasons.

Die Baubewilligung ist der Entscheid der Gemeindebehörde, bzw. der entsprechenden Verwaltungsabteilung, dass die eingereichten Pläne den Vorschriften des Gesetzes entsprechen und das Baugespann mit den Plänen übereinstimme, so dass der Ausführung der Baute aus baupolizeilichen Gründen nichts entgegenstehe.
