Commercial mediation

Commercial mediation is the application of mediation to disputes in a business context, for example between contracting parties or shareholders, in construction and IT projects, in succession planning or within organisations. Its focus lies on preserving the business relationship, confidentiality, and savings in time and cost compared with court or arbitration proceedings. The solution is guided by the parties' economic interests rather than by the legal position alone.

Wirtschaftsmediation 1035-de
Die Wirtschaftsmediation ist die Anwendung der Mediation auf Konflikte im geschäftlichen Umfeld, etwa zwischen Vertragspartnern, Gesellschaftern, in Bau- und IT-Projekten, bei Nachfolgeregelungen oder innerbetrieblich. Im Vordergrund stehen die Erhaltung der Geschäftsbeziehung, Vertraulichkeit sowie Zeit- und Kostenvorteile gegenüber Gerichts- oder Schiedsverfahren. Die Lösung orientiert sich an den wirtschaftlichen Interessen der Beteiligten und nicht allein an der Rechtslage.
