In addition to the person directly affected, a third party also suffers damage. In principle, such a person cannot make a liability claim, otherwise a damaging event would result in an endless chain of liability claims.

Neben dem direkten Betroffenen erleidet auch ein Dritter einen Schaden. Eine solche Person kann grundsätzlich keinen Haftpflichtanspruch geltend machen, ansonsten würde ein schädigendes Ereignis eine unendliche Kette von Haftpflichtforderungen nach sich ziehen.
