Voting shares
0757-en RE420 Company Law As of 11.07.2026
Voting shares are deemed to be voting shares if one class of shares has a higher voting right than the shares of another class. If there are shares with different nominal amounts, voting shares are only present if the gradation of voting rights does not correspond to the ratio of the nominal amount.

Die Stimmrechtsaktien liegen vor, wenn einer Gattung von Aktien ein höheres Stimmrecht beigelegt worden ist als den Aktien einer anderen Gattung. Sind Aktien mit verschiedenen Nennbeträgen vorhanden, so liegen Stimmrechtsaktien nur vor, wenn die Abstufung des Stimmrechts dem Verhältnis der Nennbeträge nicht entspricht.
