Der Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance ist das von economiesuisse herausgegebene Selbstregulierungswerk für schweizerische, vor allem kotierte Gesellschaften. Er enthält Empfehlungen zu Aktionärsrechten, Zusammensetzung und Arbeitsweise des Verwaltungsrats, Ausschüssen, internem Kontrollsystem, Compliance und Vergütung nach dem Grundsatz 'comply or explain'. Die überarbeitete Fassung von 2023 nimmt die Aktienrechtsrevision und Nachhaltigkeitsanliegen (ESG) auf.

Swiss Code of Best Practice 1085-en
The Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance is the self-regulatory instrument published by economiesuisse for Swiss companies, above all listed ones. It contains recommendations on shareholder rights, the composition and working methods of the board of directors, committees, the internal control system, compliance and remuneration, following the 'comply or explain' principle. The revised 2023 edition incorporates the company law reform and sustainability (ESG) concerns.
