Anti-corruption compliance comprises the measures to prevent bribery and the granting of undue advantages. Bribery of Swiss and foreign public officials (Art. 322ter et seq. SCC) and private bribery (Art. 322octies et seq. SCC), which is prosecuted ex officio, are criminal offences. Companies incur cumulative liability under Art. 102 para. 2 SCC if they have failed to take all necessary and reasonable organisational precautions; gift and hospitality policies, due diligence on intermediaries and training are central.

Die Korruptionsprävention umfasst die Massnahmen zur Verhinderung von Bestechung und Vorteilsgewährung. Strafbar sind die Bestechung schweizerischer und fremder Amtsträger (Art. 322ter ff. StGB) sowie die Privatbestechung (Art. 322octies f. StGB), die von Amtes wegen verfolgt wird. Unternehmen haften nach Art. 102 Abs. 2 StGB kumulativ, wenn sie nicht alle erforderlichen und zumutbaren organisatorischen Vorkehren getroffen haben; zentral sind Geschenk- und Einladungsrichtlinien, Due Diligence bei Vermittlern und Schulung.
